Nicole Stokes

Nicole Stokes is a seasoned communications professional with extensive experience in media and public relations across various sectors. Currently serving as Communications Manager at the Australian Energy Market Commission since August 2022, Nicole has previously held multiple roles at the Department of Regional NSW, including Media and Communications Manager for both Strategic and Corporate and Mining sectors. Additional experience includes positions at the NSW Department of Planning, Industry and Environment, Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW), Botanic Gardens and Centennial Parklands, GOLIGHTLY, PANDORA A/S, and Southern Cross Austereo. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Communication with a focus on Public Relations and Media Studies from the University of Newcastle, completed in 2010.
