Nidhi Balodhi

Nidhi Balodhi has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Nidhi started their career in 2015 as a Summer Trainee at Medanta - The Medicity Hospital, where they focused on international patient safety goals and performed audits for quality and patient safety. In 2016, they moved on to Novartis, where they worked as an Associate Business Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, and Senior Business Intelligence Analyst. In these roles, they specialized in managed market and payer analytics, patient analytics, and product launch readiness. Nidhi developed key performance indicators, provided data support for contract negotiations, and designed patient assistance programs. Nidhi also used claims data to identify patient behavior and market trends.

In 2020, Nidhi joined St John Ambulance Australia (National Office) as a Senior Business Intelligence Consultant. In this role, they delivered value creation opportunities, optimized data models, and provided test plans for legacy reports. Nidhi also worked on re-engineering SSRS reports, validating data, and handling ad-hoc requests. Nidhi is comfortable using JIRA and Confluence for requests and documentation.

Later in 2020, they joined the Autism Association of Western Australia as a Data Governance and Analytics professional. There, they focused on enabling high-quality data analytics solutions, working with large datasets, and translating data into useful information for the organization. Nidhi undertook data analysis within an Agile environment and was responsible for requirement elicitation, documentation, and management. Nidhi also turned requirements into functional data models.

Currently, Nidhi is working at AFG as part of the Analytics and Insight team.

Nidhi Balodhi completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Hospital and Health Care Management from IIHMR University between the years 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry from Uttranchal dental & medical research institute, which they completed from 2007 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, Nidhi also obtained a certification in "Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI" from Microsoft in November 2019.
