Wez Norris is currently the CEO of the Australian Fisheries Management Authority. Prior to this role, Norris held the position of Deputy Director-General at the Pacific Islands Forum Fisheries Agency. With extensive experience in fisheries management, Norris has previously worked as a Director of Fisheries Management and Manager of the Eastern Tuna Fishery. Norris holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Natural Systems and Wildlife Management from the University of Queensland.
