Brandon Cohen

Brandon Cohen has a diverse work experience in the field of journalism. Brandon began their career as a National Sports Editor for the Australian Jewish News in 1998 and held this position until 2006. Following that, they worked as an Editor/Writer for Sportal Australia from 2006 to 2010. Brandon then joined PERFORM and served as a Senior Sub-Editor from 2010 to 2013, and later as a News Editor from 2013 to 2014. Brandon joined The New Daily in 2014 as the PM News Editor, where they curated and edited the website and oversaw the preparation of the morning's EDM. Brandon'smost recent role was as a Sub-editor/Digital News Producer for the Australian Football League (AFL) since 2018. In this role, they were responsible for editing news stories, match previews, match reports, and opinion pieces for the AFL website, as well as managing the overall appearance of the AFL homepage.

Brandon Cohen attended Deakin University from 1994 to 1997 where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Studies of Science and Journalism Studies.
