Luke Brennan

Luke Brennan is currently the National Umpire Recruitment, Development & Retention Lead at AFL, managing over 17,500 umpires across Australia. Luke also works as a Referee Coach at Football Federation Australia, assisting elite men's and women's match officials. In the past, Luke also held roles such as Head of Referees at Football Victoria and Assistant Referee at FIFA and The Asian Football Confederation. Additionally, Luke has experience in corporate sales and partnerships as a Personalised Learning Ambassador at ph360. In a previous role at Henley Properties, Luke managed operations and maintenance of display homes in Melbourne.
