Meg McArthur has a diverse work experience in the sports industry. In 2009, they worked as an Administration Assistant at Coburg Football Club. From 2010 to 2018, they held various roles at AFL Victoria, including Football Manager, Community Football Operations Coordinator, and Talent Operations Coordinator. Meg then joined the Carlton Football Club as a Football Administration & Scheduling Coordinator from 2018 to 2020. In 2021, they worked as an Administrator at LeasePLUS Group and as a Women's Cricket World Cup 2022 Event Liaison Officer at Northern Districts Cricket Association. In 2022, they worked as a Logistics Officer at ICC T20 World Cup Australia and is currently serving as the Talent Competition Operations Lead at AFL - Australian Football League.
Meg McArthur earned a Bachelor's Degree in Myotherapy from RMIT University in the year 2007. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Baimbridge College in Hamilton from 2000 to 2005. In addition to their academic qualifications, Meg obtained certification as a NEXT23 Program Alumni from the AFL (Australian Football League) in July 2023.
