Zaita Anderson

Zaita Anderson is an experienced professional in game development and strategy within the sports industry, currently serving as the Head of Game Development Experience at the AFL - Australian Football League since June 2019. Prior roles at AFL include National Club Development and Experience Manager, Strategy Manager, and Strategy Lead. Zaita's career began at L.E.K. Consulting, where a progression from Associate to Consultant occurred between February 2015 and June 2019. Zaita also held managerial and supervisory roles at Billy Lids Indoor Playcentre from 2007 to 2014. Zaita holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Monash University, with additional educational experience at Monash University Malaysia and Korowa Anglican Girls School.
