Ruza Miletic

Ruza Miletic is a seasoned professional in the fields of human resources and workplace health and safety, currently serving as a People and Culture Business Partner at the Australian Industry Group since June 2019. Prior to this role, Ruza held multiple positions at LaManna Premier Group, including HR/WHS Advisor and Human Resources Coordinator, from December 2013 to June 2019. Ruza began the career as a Project Coordinator at Skybridge Group Pty Ltd from October 2011 to November 2013. Ruza earned a Bachelor of Arts/Commerce degree with a focus on Psychology and Human Resource Management from Deakin University between 2009 and 2013.
