Lestelle Haines has extensive experience in safety and business improvement, currently serving as the Manager of Strategic Business Improvement at Monadelphous since August 2007, alongside previous roles as HSE Manager in both Engineering Construction and Maintenance & Industrial Services. Lestelle has been a Professional Certification Assessor at the Safety Institute of Australia since July 2015. Prior experience includes managing Safety and Training Services at Prime Health and serving as HSE Services Manager at Monadelphous.
