James Smith

James Smith has been with the Australian Institute of Marine Science since June 2000, currently holding the title of ICT Innovation Lead for the Reefworks Project. Prior to this, he served as the Manager of ICT Services. With previous experience at the Townsville City Council, he has a background in network coordination and systems administration. James is responsible for strategic and operational management of AIMS' ICT services, ensuring the delivery of services to meet current and future needs, as well as overseeing IT system security and disaster recovery.
