Matthew Shermot

Matthew Shermot is a Captain at the US Army, where Matthew led 60 lieutenants at the Engineer Basic Officer Leadership course. Matthew also worked as a Geospatial and EnvScientist at Australian Integrated Carbon, managing multiple geospatial projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Graduate Coastal Engineer at Bluecoast Consulting Engineers and as a Design Engineer at The Harman Group. Matthew also has experience as a Project Engineer at Kinsley Construction, Inc. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Marine Sciences and Management from UNSW and a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from Penn State University.
