Andrew H.

Andrew H. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Andrew began their career as a Quality Control Chemist at Fletcher Chemical Company in 1980. Andrew then moved on to work as a Teacher of Mathematics, Chemistry, and Science at Dandenong Technical School from 1980 to 1988, where they also served as the Mathematics and Science Coordinator.

In 1989-1990, Andrew H. worked as a Curriculum Consultant - Science at Dandenong School Support Centre. Andrew then joined Mount Erin Secondary College in 1991 as the Professional Development Coordinator, a role they held until 1994.

From 1994 to 1996, they worked as a Curriculum Consultant at Springvale District, Department of Education Victoria. Here, they established a District Curriculum Support Plan and managed the District Curriculum Budget, organized curriculum and teaching conferences, and established curriculum networks led by volunteer teachers.

Later on, Andrew attained their PhD in Education, Learning, and Leadership from the University of Melbourne, studying there from 1997 to 2008. In 2013, they briefly took Cantonese Level 1 classes at the Council of Adult Education to further their Chinese language skills.
