Alex Robbins

Alex Robbins is a highly experienced professional in the maritime and engineering fields, currently serving as the Sponsor's Representative for CASG - ACSSPO since June 2022. With a solid academic background that includes a B.Eng (Hons) in Ship Science from the University of Southampton and multiple degrees in hydrodynamics from the University of Tasmania, Alex has also held significant managerial roles, such as Engineering Manager for HMAS Choules and MATV Engineering Manager at AMOG. In addition to practical experience, Alex contributes to academia as an Adjunct Associate Professor at the Australian Maritime College, focusing on hydrodynamic research and student supervision.
