Els Termaat possesses extensive expertise in finance and investment management, currently serving as an Independent Member of the Finance and Investment Committee for the Australian Medical Association and as an ESG Expert at Loftus Peak. With a strong background in compliance, Els has been an active member of compliance committees for both the Elstree Hybrid Fund and the Australian Enhanced Income Fund. As an Industry Practitioner Tutor at the University of Sydney Business School, Els imparts knowledge on corporate finance and investment management to undergraduate students. Previous experience includes consulting at JANA Asset Consultants and managing ethical investment portfolios while at Australian Impact Investments.
