Rene Hernandez

Rene Hernandez has a diverse work experience history. Rene started their career as the Manager of the Engineering Department at Marriott International in 2011 and held the role until 2014. Following this, they worked as an Operations Manager at Colliers International Australia from January 2014 to October 2015. Rene then joined the Australian National Maritime Museum, initially as the Manager of Facilities and Support Services from October 2015 to June 2017, and later as the Manager of Facilities, Support Services, and Sustainability from July 2017 to February 2022. In 2018, they served as a Member of the Leadership panel in the City of Sydney's Sustainable Destination Partnership until April 2021. Most recently, Rene has taken on two roles at the Australian Museum, first as the Senior Manager of Building Services in October 2022, and currently as the Head of Building Infrastructure.

Rene Hernandez pursued their education at Universidad de La Salle from 1995 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in Electrical Engineering. Rene'sfield of study focused on Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
