Kian Pardoe-Collins

Kian Pardoe-Collins currently serves as a Mechanical Engineer - Metrology at ANSTO since July 2025. Prior to this role, Kian worked as a Mechatronics Engineer at Kite Magnetics™ from April 2024 to July 2025, where responsibilities included designing and developing manufacturing equipment for Aeroperm motor cores. Kian's earlier experience includes positions as a Development Engineer and Undergraduate Development Engineer at Kite Magnetics from November 2022 to February 2024, and serving as Structures Lead for the Aerospace & Rocket Engineering Society from February 2019 to November 2022, leading the Aerostructures sub-team for two years. Additionally, Kian completed an engineering internship at the University of Melbourne's O Lab from December 2021 to February 2022. Kian holds a Master of Engineering in Mechatronics and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, both from the University of Melbourne.
