Michelle Arthur is an experienced office and customer service manager with a strong background in managing operations within various organizations. Currently serving as Office Manager and Customer Service Manager at Australian Outdoor Living since May 2014, Michelle oversees a range of responsibilities including scheduling, accounts receivable, marketing, and staff training. Prior to this role, Michelle held the position of General Manager at The Smartt Group Pty Ltd from 2008 to April 2014, where management of office staff, customer service, and stock management were key duties. Michelle also has experience as Advertising Manager and Office Administrator at The Smartt Group Pty Ltd from 2002 to 2007, and as Advertising Manager at The Modern Group from 1997 to 2002. Michelle’s educational background includes attendance at All Hallows School and Avila College Mount Waverley in Melbourne, Victoria.
