Sheila Kushe

Sheila Kushe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legal and strategic leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Council Member at Proptech BNE since January 2024, Kushe has held the position of General Manager - Strategy, Standards & Risk at the Australian Property Institute since September 2019, where strategic direction and revenue growth initiatives are key responsibilities. Previous roles include Head of Learning Products at the Queensland Law Society, where a team was managed to deliver educational services for professional development, and Head of Partner Development at Allens, overseeing learning solutions for legal staff. Additional experience includes leadership in legal, risk, and compliance at Treasury Group Ltd, as well as a foundational role as a Financial Services Lawyer. Sheila Kushe holds a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching Psychology from the University of Sydney and multiple law degrees from The University of Law and Newcastle University.
