Garry Page

Garry Page has extensive experience in leadership roles within the non-profit and community service sectors in Queensland, Australia. Currently serving as the Director of Queensland for the Australian Red Cross since January 2019, Garry previously held the position of Chief Executive Officer at the Ethnic Communities Council of Queensland from January 2016 to January 2019, overseeing strategic growth for an organization with a $20M turnover and over 330 staff. Prior to that, Garry was the Chief Operating Officer at Access Community Services Ltd, managing human resources, marketing, and strategic collaborations for a $32M organization. Additional roles include Executive Director at Multicultural Affairs Queensland, where Garry led multicultural service delivery, and General Manager at the Department of Communities, responsible for youth services and a budget exceeding $40M. Garry's educational background includes a Company Directors Course from the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Charles Sturt University, and postgraduate and bachelor's degrees in Social Science and Psychology from the University of New England.
