Thuwaragan Sritharan

Thuwaragan Sritharan brings extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Customer Service Assistant at Coles since September 2008, where exceptional customer service and product knowledge are key responsibilities. In addition, Thuwaragan contributes as a Volunteer Administration Assistant at the Australian Red Cross since August 2017, handling data entry and communication with first aid applicants. Recently, Thuwaragan engaged as a Research Student at the Australian Centre for Health Services Innovation, focusing on course comparison for implementation science. Previous experience includes a role as a Science Officer at CSIRO, where scientific research and stakeholder communication were essential. Thuwaragan holds a Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management, a Graduate Diploma in Public Health, and a Bachelor's degree in Science Technology and Society from QUT and Griffith University, respectively.
