Alicia Barnes

Alicia Barnes is an experienced leader in project delivery and policy analysis, currently serving as General Manager of Project Delivery at the Australian Renewable Energy Agency since June 2023. Previously, Alicia held the role of Chief Operating Officer at Reconciliation Australia, and served as Director at the Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications, where responsibilities included consolidating office accommodation to enhance workforce cohesion.
