Elicia Cantelo

Elicia Cantelo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategy and management within the renewable energy and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Director at the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) since April 2021, Elicia has previously held various roles at Monitor Deloitte, including Manager for Net Zero Transformation and Innovation & Ventures, where significant projects included the development of the Goal 13 Impact Platform to enhance corporate climate action. Elicia's background also features a secondment as COP26 Programme Manager at the Confederation of British Industry, alongside earlier consulting positions at Deloitte Australia and Macquarie University. Elicia holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours from Macquarie University and participated in a Global Leadership Program at Charles University.
