Jody Herley

Jody Herley has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jody is currently working at the Australian Renewable Energy Agency (ARENA) as an Associate Director of Business Development & Transactions, a role they started in July 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Manager of Business Development & Transactions at ARENA from February 2022 to July 2023.

Before joining ARENA, Jody worked at Greenstone Capital LLP as an Investment Professional from March 2017 to October 2021. Jody also has experience working at BHP Billiton, where they held various roles including Specialist Value Management from December 2013 to June 2016, Business Analyst from June 2012 to December 2013, Senior Production Engineer from February 2012 to June 2012, Superintendent Transport from November 2011 to February 2012, Cost and Contract Engineer from April 2011 to November 2011, Scheduling & Operations Engineer from January 2009 to April 2011, and Graduate Mining Engineer from January 2008 to January 2009.

Jody Herley attended The University of Queensland from 2004 to 2007, completing a Bachelor of Engineering degree with a focus on Mining.
