Catherine Marriott Oam

Catherine Marriott OAM currently serves as Chair of the Grains Sustainability Framework Steering Group at Grain Growers Limited, where responsibilities include aligning the group's structure with key sustainability topics. As a Sustainability and ESG Advisor at Yougawalla Pastoral Co. Pty Ltd, Catherine develops ESG strategies that ensure compliance and promote sustainability. Involvement as an Associate with the Australian Rural Leadership Foundation focuses on delivering leadership programs in rural Australia. Catherine has a rich history of consultancy work in rural projects and capacity building across Australia and Southeast Asia, especially in the beef industry. Previous roles include Board Member of Murray Local Land Services, Advisory Board Member for Rural Bank, and Chief Executive Officer of Riverine Plains Inc. Catherine Marriott has also contributed as a Board Director for Rangelands NRM WA and held a short-term position as Senior Bushfire Recovery Manager with the NSW Department of Primary Industries. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Rural Science in Animal Nutrition from the University of New England.
