Amanda FitzGerald is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in high-performance operations and logistics management, currently serving as the High Performance Operations & Logistics Manager at Australian Sailing since June 2017. In this role, Amanda provides logistical and operational support to the Australian Sailing Team in preparation for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. Previously, Amanda held the position of Performance Program Coordinator at Equestrian Australia, where notable achievements included the re-launch of the 'Ready Set Trot' program, leading to a significant increase in grassroots participation, and fostering collaboration with Special Olympics NSW to enhance equestrian opportunities for athletes. Earlier career roles included positions at Australian Rugby Union Ltd., Nuix, and BT Investment Management, supporting executive management and staff operations. Amanda holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from Simon Fraser University.
