Lesley Fasala has extensive experience in the sailing industry, currently serving as the National Performance Pathway Coordinator and Manager of Regattas and Events at Australian Sailing since October 2013. Responsibilities include overseeing major events such as Sail Melbourne and the Australian Youth Championships, as well as risk management and coaching clinics. Previously, Lesley held the position of Sailing Manager at Yachting Victoria, managing events like the Sailing World Cup and the State Sailing Team. As Sailability Coordinator at Yachting Victoria, Lesley oversaw 23 programs across Victoria. Prior experience includes consulting work as a Director of Special Events and roles in sales support and administration in various organizations. Lesley studied at Swinburne University of Technology from 1994 to 1999.
