Sarah Ogilvie, OLY, currently serves as the Head of Sport Development & Growth at Australian Sailing, where responsibility includes leading initiatives such as the Sailing 2032 Strategic Projects, focusing on participation, coaching, diversity, and inclusion. Previous roles include National Club Pathway Lead and Head of Sailing at Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron, where significant achievements included doubling participation in Junior & Youth programs and managing national and state events. Sarah has also contributed to various organizations, including the Australian Sailing Board of Directors, Lord Somers Camp and Power House, and Yachting Victoria, with a focus on program development and inclusivity. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Teaching from Charles Sturt University and a Bachelor of Design from Swinburne University of Technology.
