Amy Roberts

Director, Strategic Partnerships & Industry Engagement at Australian Signals Directorate

Amy Roberts has a diverse background in various industries and roles. Amy currently works as the Director of Strategic Partnerships & Industry Engagement at the Australian Signals Directorate and is also a member of the Industry Advisory Board for Cyber at the RMIT Centre for Cyber Security Research and Innovation. In the past, Amy has held positions such as Event Coordinator at the First Thursday Of The Month Club, Canberra Chapter Lead at AWSN - Australian Women in Security Network, and Assistant Director at the Australian Cyber Security Centre and the Australian Department of Home Affairs. Amy also had roles promoting women in cyber security and coordinating the annual Cyber Security Challenge Australia at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet and the Department of Communications and the Arts. Earlier in their career, Amy was a Small Business Owner and Graphic Designer at Tourism Designs and worked as a Business Manager for the Great Eastern Ranges Initiative at the Office of Environment and Heritage (NSW).

Amy Roberts attended the Canberra Institute of Technology in 2016, where they studied Adult and Continuing Education and Teaching. Amy obtained additional certifications including an Accredited Organisational Coach, Level Three from the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) in 2022, an ICF Member Badge from the International Coaching Federation in March 2021, and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from TAFE.
