John Oost

John Oost is an experienced infrastructure project manager currently working with the Australian Sports Commission since November 2023. Prior to this role, John held positions including Project Manager at JGSPM and Infrastructure Project Officer at the ACT Government, where notable achievements included receiving the Innovation Award in 2022 for sustainability efforts. Previous roles at PwC Australia and Complex Co. provided expertise in program management and infrastructure project delivery, focusing on transport improvements in Canberra. John also led technical teams for the ANU Solar Car project, overseeing the development of a solar electric vehicle for the 2019 Bridgestone World Solar Challenge. John holds a Bachelor’s Degree (Honours) in Systems Engineering from The Australian National University and has completed certifications in Government Procurement and Contracting.
