Kieren Perkins Oam

Kieren Perkins OAM has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in different organizations. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Sports Commission and the Australian Institute Of Sport. Before joining the sports sector, they worked as the CEO of Australian Unity Bank. Perkins also served as a Board Member and President of Swimming Australia. Kieren has held executive positions in the National Australia Bank, including Executive Director of Personal Bank NAB and General Manager roles in enablement and client experience. Additionally, they have contributed to the Sport Australia Hall of Fame as a Member Director. Perkins has a strong background in leadership, banking, and sports administration.

Kieren Perkins OAM attended Brisbane Boys College from 1986 to 1991 but did not earn a degree. Later, they pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) at The University of Queensland.
