Gregory S. Brown

Gregory S. Brown is a Senior Analyst at the Australian Strategic Policy Institute since August 2022, currently serving in the role of Acting Director for the DC Office. Brown has been a faculty member at Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service, CANZPS, since September 2005, focusing on political demography, comparative foreign policy, and transnational organized crime, among other research and teaching interests. In addition, Brown holds a Senior Analyst position at CENTRA Technology, Inc. since January 2005, specializing in transnational politics, emerging national security issues, and structured analytic techniques. Educational credentials include a PhD in Government from The University of Texas at Austin, a fellowship at the University of Melbourne's Centre for Australian Studies, a Bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon, and a Master's degree from the University of San Diego.
