Rajiv Shah

Rajiv Shah is an experienced leader in cybersecurity and technical consulting, currently serving as the Managing Director at MDR Security since June 2018, specializing in services for government and commercial clients in cyber, data, and digital domains. In addition to this role, Rajiv serves as a Board Member at Hughes Primary School and Narrabundah College, and works as an ASPI Fellow with the Australian Strategic Policy Institute, focusing on critical infrastructure cybersecurity and digital identity, among other topics. Prior experience includes roles at BT as Director of Government Cybersecurity, and at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as Director of Cyber, Intelligence, and Security. Rajiv's extensive background also covers significant positions at Detica, with expertise in commercial management, operations, and project delivery. An alumnus of the University of Cambridge, Rajiv holds a PhD and a BA in Physics.
