Jonathan Tang

Jonathan Tang has extensive experience at the Australian Taxation Office since February 2007, holding various leadership positions including Acting Assistant Commissioner in multiple divisions such as Case Leadership and Engagement & Assurance within Public Groups. Jonathan has led teams in conducting complex income tax and GST reviews and audits for major multinational corporations, achieving successful dispute resolutions. Prior to this, Jonathan served as a lecturer in Taxation Law at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law and worked as a legal clerk at Dibbs Abbott Stillman. Educational credentials include a Postgraduate Diploma of Legal Practice from Monash University, a Master of Taxation from UNSW, and a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business Systems from Monash University.
