Alex Findlay

Alex Findlay is an experienced professional in youth support and education, currently serving as Transitions Manager at Parkville College since July 2019, overseeing education and employment transitions for young people in Victoria's Youth Justice Centres. Prior roles include Industry Engagement Coordinator and Transitions Advocate at Brotherhood of St Laurence, Team Leader for Transition To Work at Launch Housing, and Youth Development Worker at Kangan Education First Youth Foyer with YMCA Victoria. Alex holds a Master’s Degree in Social Policy from the University of Melbourne and a Bachelor’s Degree in Youth Work from Victoria University, along with a Diploma in Youth Work from RMIT University.
