Karlie Gartner

Karlie Gartner has extensive experience in both educational and creative sectors, currently serving as VET Team Leader and Visual Art Teacher at Parkville College within the Department of Education and Training since March 2019. Prior to this role, Karlie worked as an Art Therapist at Openarted and held a marketing position with Guide Dogs Victoria. As a designer and business owner of Karlie Gartner Accessories from June 2010 to January 2019, Karlie demonstrated entrepreneurial skills. Additional marketing expertise was gained through roles at The Mind Gallery, bloom hearing specialists, Spotlight Retail Group, and Phoenix Institute of Australia. Karlie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Visual Art from Deakin University, a Diploma in Art Therapy from Phoenix Institute of Australia, and specialized training in Fashion Accessories Design from Instituto di Moda Burgo.
