Phil Nelson

Phil Nelson has extensive experience in human resources and workforce development, currently serving as the Acting Workforce Development Manager and Recruitment Manager at the Australian War Memorial since October 2014. Previous roles include Recruitment Manager and Job Evaluation Consultant at the Department of Social Services, Assistant Director of Learning and Development at the Department of Infrastructure and Regional Development, and HR Project Officer at the University of Canberra. Phil's background also includes significant recruitment and management roles within various organizations, such as the Australian Taxation Office, where responsibilities encompassed managing IT graduate programs, as well as serving as a People Management Consultant at the Australian Communications Authority. Phil holds a BA in Business Studies from the University of Greenwich, completed in 1988.
