Leo Denes is an accomplished entrepreneur and business leader with a robust background in talent acquisition, consulting, and international business development. As the Founder of Australiance since 2010, Leo has focused on empowering innovative companies and professionals to thrive in the Asia-Pacific and European markets. Leo co-founded INAUTALENT in 2024 to support SMEs and startups in hiring top talent and navigating new markets, leveraging advanced HR technologies and extensive industry expertise. In addition, Leo has played instrumental roles in various startups and initiatives including AUTO24.africa as Global Talent Partner, and Startup&Angels, fostering connections between business angels and entrepreneurs. Leo's prior experience includes significant positions at Infosys Portland, where responsibilities encompassed client project delivery and people management. An alumnus of emlyon business school, Leo holds a Master of Science in Management, complemented by an MBA from Mt Eliza Business School.
