Ryan Hellman is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and governance. Currently serving as Company Secretary at AustralianSuper since November 2018, Ryan has also held roles as Acting Company Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel for Investments, as well as Senior Legal Counsel for Investments. Prior to this, Ryan worked at Amcor from May 2015 to November 2018 as Senior Legal Counsel and Alternate Company Secretary, and at K&L Gates from March 2009 to April 2015 as a Senior Associate in Corporate/M&A. Ryan holds a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional and both a Bachelor of Laws (honours) and a Bachelor of Engineering (honours) from the University of Melbourne.
