Michaela Schmidt

Michaela Schmidt has extensive experience in sales and management within the hospitality industry. Currently serving as the Deputy Head of Sales at Austria Center Vienna - IAKW-AG since August 2015, Michaela previously held the role of International Sales Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Group Sales Manager at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna from December 2013 to July 2015. Michaela’s career began at InterContinental Hotels & Resorts, where roles included Convention Sales Executive, Convention Sales Coordinator, ISC Supervisor, and ISC Clerk from August 2008 to November 2013. Michaela holds a degree from Tourismusschulen Modul, Wien, completed between 2003 and 2008.
