Michal Olszynski

Michal Olszynski currently holds two positions at Austrian Airlines and Lufthansa Group, focusing on the implementation of ancillary services within the aviation sector. Prior experience includes significant roles in airport planning and development at Solidarity Transport Hub Poland, where Michal managed the Master Plan preparation and led customer experience strategy initiatives. Michal's background also encompasses analytical work with IATA, where efforts were directed towards open API standardization and the New Distribution Capabilities (NDC) program, as well as standardization coordination with EUROCONTROL and statistical data analysis at the International Civil Aviation Organization. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in International Air Transport Operations Management from ENAC and a Master's degree in Air Transport Engineering from The Polish Air Force University.
