Rula Draskovich

Rula Draskovich is an ICF certified leadership and employee retention coach with extensive experience in fostering team dynamics and enhancing employee engagement. Since 2021, Rula has been running a coaching practice while simultaneously coaching at the Austrian Leadership Academy. As CEO of Elektro-Güssing GmbH since 2019, Rula has effectively managed a workforce of 100 employees, implementing a coaching style of leadership and developing workshops to boost motivation and well-being, resulting in a stable and engaged workforce that has navigated challenging market conditions successfully. Previous roles include consultant at ACE - Audit Control and Expertise Group and Relay Area Manager at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, where Rula demonstrated strong leadership skills across various international markets. Rula holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management and a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Geneva.
