Fábio Makita Kiyan

Fábio Makita Kiyan is an experienced professional with a diverse background in technology entrepreneurship, innovation management, and corporate strategy. As the Founder of Equinox Consultoria de Inovação e Pessoas since June 2024, Fábio has also been a Counselor at Autaza and a Member of Open Innovation BR since January 2018. Previously, Fábio served as the Executive Director at Instituto Hercílio Randon, where responsibilities included establishing technological partnerships and setting up a Private Institute of Science & Technology. Fábio's extensive experience at Embraer spanned over 17 years, with roles such as Technology Entrepreneurship Coordinator, where initiatives included launching Brazil's first Corporate Venture Capital. Fábio holds advanced degrees in Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from USP and a Postgraduate degree in Business Management from Fundação Dom Cabral.
