Juan Carlos Mejía Mejía has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Juan Carlos began their career as an intern at Iberia tiles in 1999. Juan Carlos then worked at Grupo Familia, where they held various roles including Brand Manager, Category Manager, and Jefe mercadeo campo. In 2011, they joined Auteco as the Marketing Director and later became the Electric Mobility SBU Director. Their time at Auteco lasted until August 2020. Juan Carlos Mejía Mejía has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. Juan Carlos attained their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from Universidad EAFIT between 1995 and 2001. Following that, they pursued various programs and diplomas to enhance their knowledge in marketing and business development. These include completing a diploma in marketing and sales management from Universidad de Los Andes in 2005, an economics specialization from the same university in 2005, and a program on creating a culture of innovation from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management in 2005. Juan Carlos further expanded their skills by undertaking a PADE (Programa de alto desarrollo empresarial) from Universidad de La Sabana in 2006. In 2010, Juan Carlos completed a course on Kellogg on Marketing from Northwestern University, and in 2015, they took a program on managerial skills for leadership from Universidad de Los Andes. Most recently, in 2020, Juan Carlos enrolled in a Digital Marketing Strategy degree program at Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management.
