Celia Ou

Celia Ou has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Senior Recruiter/Global HRBP at Autel Robotics since April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at a Stealth Startup as an HR professional from May 2021 to April 2022. Celia also has experience at Robert Walters, where they worked as a Consultant from March 2021 to May 2021 and as a Researcher from April 2020 to February 2021. Before that, they had an internship as a Project Assistant at DDI | Development Dimensions International from June 2019 to August 2019.

Celia Ou obtained their Bachelor of Management degree in Human Resource Management from Beijing Normal University, Zhuhai, between the years 2013 and 2017. During their time there, they also participated in an exchange program at National Sun Yat-Sen University, focusing on Financial Management, from 2015 to 2016. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Science in Programme and Project Management at the University of Warwick from 2018 to 2020.
