Luke Selzer

Luke Selzer, PhD, currently serves as the Director of Mission Development at Auterion since July 2025. Prior to this role, Selzer worked at Skyral as a Senior Principal Systems Engineer, leading the development of decision-support products utilizing digital twins and complex simulations for defense capabilities. Experience includes a position as a Senior Technical Consultant at BMT, providing systems engineering and technical leadership for the UK armed forces, as well as a Chief Engineer at Improbable, where Selzer directed similar efforts in decision-support products. Previous roles include Chief Systems Engineer at MBDA, managing large teams and budgets for advanced seeker systems, along with earlier positions as a physicist and research scientist. Educational accomplishments include a Doctor of Philosophy in Plasma Physics from the University of Warwick, and an Executive Leadership & Strategy credential from HEC Paris.
