Jay Dubiner

Jay has over 25 years of experience with both private and public companies, including serving as General Counsel to major international corporations. He has significant experience managing and protecting intellectual property portfolios and various licensing transactions. Jay’s experience prior to ABG includes serving as EVP, General Counsel at Warnaco (an international consumer products conglomerate) and EVP, Corp. Development & GC at Martha Stewart Living. His experience also includes working at Universal Music Group and as a key member of the team that executed the Initial Public Offering of Vince.
