Melanie Sailer is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and marketing. Currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Authentic Brands Group since July 2022, Melanie leads end-to-end talent operations for high-profile campaigns and collaborates with cross-functional departments for event execution while generating performance reports to inform strategic decisions. Prior to this, Melanie worked at The Meet Group from September 2019 to June 2022, initially as a Marketing Specialist, where contributions to influencer marketing strategies significantly enhanced TikTok presence, and previously as a Talent Development Associate, focusing on creator program development and performance analysis. Melanie holds a Master's degree in Marketing and degrees in Fashion Merchandising and Business from LIM College.
