Sierra McPhillips

Sierra McPhillips is a seasoned marketing and brand management professional with extensive experience in the licensing and brand sectors. Currently serving as Senior Director of Brand at Authentic Brands Group since March 2021, Sierra has progressively advanced through roles of increasing responsibility, including Director and Senior Manager of Brand. Prior experience includes a Licensing Manager role at Perry Ellis International and various licensing positions at French Connection. Sierra co-founded Who We Play For, a leading non-profit dedicated to youth cardiac screening, and also completed a marketing internship at The Lynd Properties. Academic credentials include dual Bachelor's degrees in Marketing and Retail Merchandising/Product Development from Florida State University.
