Zina Zegans

Zina Zegans is an accomplished executive in the fashion and lifestyle industry, currently serving as the Executive Vice President of Lifestyle at Authentic Brands Group since January 2025. Prior to this role, Zina held positions such as EVP and Chief Brand Officer at Nicole Miller and President of MarlaWynne Collection. With a significant tenure at Steve Madden, Zina advanced from Fashion Director to President of Licensing, where responsibilities included overseeing licensing agreements across multiple categories and driving creative marketing strategies. Zina also contributed as Vice President of Fashion & Licensing, successfully expanding the Betsey Johnson brand post-acquisition. Additionally, Zina co-founded The Accessory Think Tank and initiated a career in management at Bloomingdale's. Zina holds a Bachelor's degree from Johnson & Wales University, earned in 1999.
