Authentic Yoga Studio is Boise and Meridian’s home for powerful, inclusive yoga and real community.  

Founded by educator and retreat leader Amanda Mendez, we specialize in hot yoga, anatomy-based classes, and professional Yoga Alliance–approved teacher trainings.  

Our mission is simple: to help every student discover their authentic strength — on and off the mat.  

With two Idaho locations, Authentic Yoga offers a wide variety of heated and non-heated classes, private sessions, specialty workshops, and annual international retreats through Authentic Yoga Retreats.  

We believe yoga is more than movement. It’s connection, self-study, and empowerment. Whether you’re new to yoga or deepening your practice, our team of skilled instructors is here to support your journey.
